Rudy’s in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant and a front-of-house team. You’ll work with Senior leaders on site to drive guest experience, standards, and culture, while handling shifts, schedules and cost awareness.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll help recruit, onboard, train and develop talent, pursue continuous improvement, and contribute to a world-class dining operation recognised by Mission Mars.
