The Role
The Treatment Coordinator is the bridge between our clinical team and patients, deciding on treatment. You’ll present treatment plans with clarity and empathy, help patients understand their options (including finance), and convert consultations into accepted treatments — always with care and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting treatment plan consultations with patients post-clinical assessment
Presenting treatment options, fees, and finance plans clearly and ethically
Following up with patients to support their decision-making journey
Tracking conversion metrics and pipeline in CRM
Liaising with the clinical team to refine treatment plans
Supporting the Practice Manager on patient experience initiatives
What We’re Looking For
2+ years in patient-facing sales or treatment coordination (dental/medical strongly preferred)
Ability to discuss clinical treatments with confidence (training provided)
A sales-driven mindset paired with empathy, ethical conversion is non-negotiable
Comfortable with KPIs, targets, and conversion metrics
CRM and practice management software literacy
Strong English communication
Right to work in Ireland or the UK
Important Details Before Applying
This is a full-time, hybrid role based at our Hull, East Yorkshire practice.
Typical working pattern may include early starts or late finishes to cover clinic opening hours; flexibility is required.
The role requires weekend or bank holiday cover depending on operational needs.
