Property Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our diverse property portfolio. You will ensure our sites are maintained to a high standard, manage contractors, coordinate maintenance projects and support the delivery of capital improvements across the estate.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our diverse property portfolio. You will ensure our sites are maintained to a high standard, manage contractors, coordinate maintenance projects and support the delivery of capital improvements across the estate.

• Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the Group’s property portfolio.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across all sites.
• Procure and manage contractors, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and within budget.
• Oversee property inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
• Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes.
• Ensure compliance with all property-related health and safety legislation.
• Coordinate refurbishment and capital improvement projects.
• Monitor utilities, building services and site infrastructure.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets.
• Maintain accurate property records and asset information.

Key Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in property, facilities or estate management.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Experience managing contractors and maintenance programmes.
• Good understanding of building maintenance and health & safety compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across several locations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.

Duration

• Full-time, permanent position.
