Remote Out-of-Hours Support Advisor

Appello UK is hiring an Out of Hours Operator to support the public with urgent repairs and critical services outside normal working hours. The role operates remotely within the UK and requires calm, compassionate communication on each call.

You will work 24 hours per week across Saturdays and Sundays plus two weekdays, with a 6h45m shift length and paid training. DBS checks are required prior to start date.
