Charity Shop Supervisor (Zero Hours) — Lead Volunteers

Blue Cross UK operates a busy charity shop in Chippenham and is seeking a Zero Hours Cover Supervisor. You will supervise volunteers, deliver friendly customer service, and maintain an attractive, well-priced shop floor to maximise donations.

You will work flexible shifts on a zero-hours contract, ensuring the shop runs smoothly and supports the local community and pets’ welfare through fundraising. Dogs welcome customers included.
