The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an Early Diagnosis Support Worker to assist the Breast Service. You will undertake less complex keyworker activity, coordinate appointments, and support efficient transfer of patients between providers.
You will also help monitor clinics, assist in data collection for audits, and support prevention efforts for patients and their families within the cancer care pathways.
