Social Worker – Children with Disabilities (Hybrid, 1 day/wk)

Remedy is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities team for our client in Tameside, working directly with children, young people with disabilities and their families. You will undertake assessments, care planning, safeguarding and statutory interventions to promote positive outcomes and high-quality, child-centred practice.
