Social Care Assistant — Flexible Hours & Golden Hello

Buckinghamshire Council is seeking Social Care Assistants to provide high quality direct care and support at the Chesham Short Breaks Centre. You will work with adults with learning disabilities, autism, dementia and/or physical disabilities, delivering personal care and facilitating activities.

The role offers varied day patterns, a pro rata salary of £25,151–£28,253 per year with a £1,000 Golden Hello on probation, and opportunities to develop within a supportive council environment.
