Shift Lead: Social Care Worker for Elder Care

NHS Highland is seeking Social Care Workers to support older people in a care home in Scotland. Three posts on day and overnight shifts, requiring teamwork, initiative and strong communication.

Staff will lead a team, contribute to care plans and ensure high-quality service delivery in a residential setting. Applicants should have SVQ Level 2 in Social Care (or equivalent) and be committed to completing SVQ 3 for registration with SSSC.
