Social Worker – Young People with Disabilities (YPWD)

Essex County Council is recruiting a Social Worker for the Young People with Disabilities (YPWD) team in the West Essex area. The role focuses on assessing and supporting young people aged 16–25 who have disabilities, with responsibilities to shape care plans and coordinate packages of support.
