HR Generalist: Payroll, Onboarding & Growth

Katie Bard is partnering with an international brand to build its UK HR team in Birmingham. This is a new and exciting opportunity reporting to the HR Head in Birmingham, with collaboration across Europe as the UK operation grows.

You will own HR records, manage recruitment end to end from job posting through onboarding, track absence and lifecycle milestones, and be the first point of contact for HR support. The role offers growth as the function develops.
