CCH is seeking a dedicated Assigned Care Assistant to support clients across Brighton, Bognor Regis and Chichester. You will cover rota gaps in various care packages, delivering high-quality, person-centred support in clients’ homes and community settings.
You will use essential skills such as tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, medication administration and moving and handling equipment, and you’ll travel between locations, working days, nights and weekends with flexibility.
