Dementia Care Assistant — 24/7 Band 3 Support Worker

Sheffield Health Partnership University NHS Foundation is seeking a Band 3 Support Worker for an Older Adults Dementia Assessment Ward. You will deliver person-centred care to older adults with dementia during assessment, confusion and distress, maintaining dignity, independence and wellbeing in a safe environment.

You will use dementia-friendly communication, support during agitation or wandering, and report concerns promptly.
