Crisis Support Team Lead – Non-Clinical Mental Health

Derbyshire Mind is recruiting a Crisis Service Team Lead to oversee the Crisis Support Drop-In Service (CSDI) across Buxton, Ripley and Swadlincote. You will lead the on-site CSDI team, support staff and volunteers, and help ensure the service provides a compassionate, person-centred response to adults in emotional distress outside of standard services.
