Field Project Surveyor – Major Works & Building Surveys

Churchill Estates Management is recruiting a Project Surveyor to join the Property Services team. Based across the North of England, the role combines building surveying with delivering planned, reactive and major works across the portfolio.

You will survey, scope works, prepare tender documents, manage contracts and report clearly to stakeholders. This is a field-based role with travel to developments across the CEM portfolio, plus occasional attendance at Ringwood Head Office.
