Store Team Leader – Customer Experience & Community Builder

The Southern Co-operative Limited is looking for a Team Leader to drive our store forward with energy, organisation and a positive attitude. This part-time role (27 hours across 3 days) includes mornings, evenings and weekends, with full training and support provided.

You will support all store operations, engage with the local community, and step in for the Store Manager when required, helping your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience and grow with the business.
