Retail Shop Manager – Cats Welfare Charity

Cats Protection in Penrith is recruiting an Assistant Shop Manager on a permanent, part-time basis. The role involves 14 hours on a rota basis, including weekends, with the aim of supporting the Shop Manager to maximise income and manage day-to-day shop activity.

You will act as a brand ambassador for Cats Protection, taking responsibility for shop operation in the absence of the Shop Manager and helping colleagues and volunteers meet sales targets while maintaining financial controls.
