Care Supervisor: Lead a Compassionate Elder-Care Team

Avery Healthcare Group in Barnet is seeking a Care Supervisor for Barnet Grange Care Home. You will lead a small Care Services team, ensure our care standards and processes are followed, and keep residents’ choices, dignity and safety at the core of all care and support.

The role requires an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and a recognised medication administration qualification, plus prior Senior Care experience. You’ll demonstrate the ability to organise, lead, inspire and influence a team.
