SEND & Social Care Strategy Lead

Plymouth City Council is recruiting a Designated Social Care Officer to lead the social care elements of the SEND strategy across Plymouth. You will promote practice development, collaborate with social care teams and agencies, and ensure statutory responsibilities under the Children and Families Act 2014 and SEND Code of Practice 2015 are met.

The role requires a strategic leader with deep SEND knowledge, capable of influencing partners, forging relationships and driving continuous improvement
