Cost Engineer: Project Finance, Risk & Change

Bilfinger UK is seeking a Cost Engineer to support financial control across NEC contracts and major projects. You will remeasure BOQs, forecast against budgets, and provide data for P&L submissions while managing subcontractor valuations and change events.

Key responsibilities include cost-to-date analyses, cash flow forecasting, and facilitating progress meetings with subcontractors. Experience with NAECI and standard measurement methods is preferred.
