Workshop Supervisor – Depot Operations & Maintenance Lead

Bennett & Game Recruitment Limited is seeking a Workshop Supervisor for the Inverness area. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, assist customers with rental equipment issues, and coordinate with the sales and operations teams to resolve problems.

You will manage workload for service engineers, maintain maintenance reports, ensure rentals meet company standards, and uphold RAMS/ACE compliance while reporting to the area manager. A full driving licence and local proximity are required.
