Risk Events Manager — Incident & Governance Leader

Diligenta is seeking a Risk Events Manager to join our Bristol or Edinburgh teams. You will manage business incidents and risk events, ensuring governance and controls are followed, coordinating with Operations, IT, client and Lloyds Banking Group stakeholders.

You will chair meetings, track actions to completion, perform root cause analysis, produce management information, and support customer rectification activities while driving continuous improvement across the organisation.
