Senior Social Work Practitioner – Care Act & Collaboration

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council is seeking an enthusiastic Social Work Advanced Practitioner to lead good quality care within the Integrated Care Funding Team. You will supervise social workers and assessment staff, review care arrangements, and ensure support meets needs while promoting independence and multi‑agency collaboration.

The role is a 12‑month fixed term contract, 37 hours per week, with a commitment to inclusive service delivery.
