Senior Practitioner – Adult Social Care Lead

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council’s Adult Social Care Division seeks an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join on a permanent, full-time basis. Location is varied across three Sandwell sites with a hybrid working model, Monday–Sunday rota, 37 hours.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure statutory compliance, manage budgets, and work with partners to deliver high-quality adult social care outcomes for local residents.
