Job Description:
A Band 6 nurse with clinical leadership will lead the dialysis unit, develop and evaluate best practice, and deputise for the department manager as required. The post holder contributes to safe, compassionate patient care within a multidisciplinary team and supports service improvement in a busy renal unit.
Based in the Trust’s dialysis facilities in the Midlands, the role includes flexible working patterns with on-call and weekend shifts, with ample opportunities for professional development
