Home Care Quality & Contract Monitor (Fixed Term)

Dorset Council is offering a fixed-term opportunity in the Adult Social Care Directorate. As a Quality Assurance & Contract Monitoring Officer, you will help ensure home care across Dorset delivers high-quality, safe, person-centred support and strengthen provider relationships.

You will lead monitoring visits, assess quality and contract compliance, use frameworks to identify risks and improvements, and work with safeguarding colleagues and commissioners to improve service delivery.
