They’re now evolving it into an AI-native platform that enables agents to reason over product knowledge, documentation and user interfaces.
This isn’t about building another chatbot. It’s about creating the foundations that allow AI agents to understand complex software systems, keep documentation in sync automatically, and help engineering teams build better products faster.
The Opportunity
As a Senior AI Platform Engineer, you’ll be one of the experienced engineers helping shape the company’s AI platform.
You’ll join a cross-functional product squad alongside a Product Manager, Designer and Software Engineers, building production-ready AI capabilities that customers use every day.
Current projects include:
- Building agentic workflows that automatically detect changes and keep product documentation up to date
- Developing AI agents that can reason over large design systems and product knowledge
- Designing orchestration frameworks for multiple AI agents working together in production
- Building APIs and platform services that integrate with modern AI tooling
- Creating scalable infrastructure that enterprise customers can trust
- Helping establish engineering best practices as the AI platform continues to grow
This is a hands-on product engineering role where you’ll work across architecture, backend services, front-end features and AI systems.
What You’ll Bring
- We’re looking for an experienced product engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems and isn’t afraid to work across the stack
- Experience building multi-agent orchestration systems in production
- 6-7+ years building production software
- Strong backend engineering experience with modern cloud infrastructure (70% backend)
- Experience designing and shipping APIs and distributed systems
- A pragmatic approach to technology rather than loyalty to one language or framework
You’ll do well if you:
