Outspark Ltd is seeking Expedition Leaders for a home-based role with expedition duties across the South and East of England and occasional travel to Wales and the North. The position includes both seasonal employed roles and freelance opportunities, with paid preparation time and a pro rata salary of £33,000 per year.
The role focuses on delivering high-quality Duke of Edinburgh expeditions, leading or mentoring instructors, and ensuring safety, preparation and strong learner outcomes.
