Systems Project Support Officer – Social Care Digital Tools

North Somerset Council in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Systems Project Support Officer (Adults) to support, develop and improve social care case management systems. You will work with colleagues across the council and partners to ensure systems are accurate, effective and user-friendly.
