Member Advocate & HR Navigator (Hybrid)

The Royal College of Nursing is seeking an experienced adviser and advocate to support members across Scotland. This 17.5-hour-per-week, permanent role focuses on advising, casework in employment matters, and developing representative activity while upholding our values.

You’ll use solid knowledge of HR processes and the health and care sector to influence outcomes, negotiate on members’ behalf, and help shape health policy through effective support.
