Creative Director: Co-Lead Inclusive Theatre

DIY Theatre Company in Salford is seeking a Creative Director to co-lead the charity with the Business Director, ensuring our artistic vision reflects our values and the lived experiences of people with learning disabilities.

The role combines strategic development, fundraising, and organisational advocacy with artistic leadership of our Core Company. Based at The Angel Centre, 0.8 FTE (4 days/week) with a salary of £47,000 per year (£37,600 pro rata) and 3% employer pension.
