EMEA AWS Alliance Director — Revenue & Co-Sell Growth

Elasticsearch B.V. is seeking a driven AWS Alliance Director for EMEA to lead the joint Elastic–AWS GTM across the region. You will own marketplace growth, co-sell activation, logo wins, and channel development with AWS EMEA leadership, coordinating a broad internal map of stakeholders.

You will bring 12+ years in technology partnerships, strong executive presence, and deep AWS insider knowledge to drive measurable regional revenue and partnerships in a rapidly evolving enterprise AI space.
