Head of Maintenance — Care Home Operations & Grounds

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Head of Maintenance for one of our care homes in Cambridge. You will oversee a busy maintenance operation, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff, and hands-on involvement with day-to-day tasks.

You’ll lead a small team, manage planned and reactive works, liaise with external contractors, and support the General Manager with annual budget planning. A full UK driving licence and broad maintenance background are essential.
