Operations Leader for Neurodiversity Charity — Hybrid

Cameron is seeking a driven operations lead to turn its neurodiversity-focused charity model into high-quality, member-centered services in a hybrid Woking setting. You will oversee operations, funding, partnerships and communications while building scalable processes and collaborations with a Care & Support Manager.

The role demands experience with neurodivergent support, a charity background is preferred, and flexibility for 3–5 days per week.
