Monad Foundation in Japan seeks a Head of Japan to win institutional business and establish Monad as credible financial infrastructure in Tokyo. You will identify, structure, and close deals with megabanks, trust banks, securities firms, and payment companies.

This role also owns Monad’s brand presence, builds relationships with regulators and ecosystem partners, and aligns go-to-market strategy. Requires 8+ years BD, 4+ years blockchain, fluent in Japanese and English.
