We’re currently offering the platform free to gather real user feedback and refine it before launch and it’s working. We already have early users giving us real signal, and the product is launch-ready. Now we’re moving fast toward launch and looking for the right Business & Marketing Co-Founder to help us grow and eventually build the business model that makes this sustainable long-term.
What you’ll own:
- Go-to-market strategy and launch execution
- User acquisition, digital marketing, and growth
- Brand positioning and partnerships
- Building a sustainable business model around the platform (including how/when we monetize)
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in marketing, HR, Recruitment, Career, growth, or business development (B2C or SaaS a plus).
- Genuine excitement about our mission making job searching fairer, smarter, and more human
- Someone ready for true co-founder ownership, not a job including a meaningful personal stake in the business
- Comfortable discussing mutual commitment (including investment) as part of the co-founder conversation
