Overnight Hub General Manager

DPD UK is seeking a senior hub operations leader to drive strategic planning and delivery across overnight hubs. You will manage a large team, align transport movements with policy, and ensure service levels while controlling costs.

The role requires exceptional communication with Directors and strong people-management skills. You will lead recruitment, training, security policy, and employee relations, with a focus on resilience, performance and compliant operations within a 24/7 network.
