Manager – Barista

We are looking for an experienced and passionate manager to join our team and lead our busy coffee shop.

Location: Loughbrickland/Banbridge

Hours: Full time

Pay: Competitive Salary

Essential – Minimum 3 years for these items

• Management Experience
• Previous barista experience in a busy coffee shop
• Coffee shop experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop
• Prepare and manage the staff rota each Sunday for the week ahead
• Order, monitor, and manage stock and supplies
• Manage the till, cash handling, and daily cashing up
• Lead, train, and support the team to deliver excellent customer service
• Oversee opening and closing procedures
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation are maintained
• Equipment maintenance Coffee machine & adjust grinder settings
