Salary: From £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am 5:30pm
• Overtime available on Fridays: 7:00am 3:30pm (paid at time and a half)

We are looking for an experienced Fabricator to join our growing team. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years fabrication experience and be able to work to a high standard within a busy manufacturing environment.

• Interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and technical specifications to manufacture steel components accurately.
• Work closely with welders, designers, and production personnel to achieve efficient manufacturing and assembly.
• Assemble and fabricate steel structures, frames, platforms, handrails, brackets, and bespoke fabrications to customer specifications.
• Carry out fitting, alignment, and tack welding to ensure components are correctly positioned prior to final welding.
• Identify and report drawing discrepancies, material defects, or production issues, and assist in implementing practical solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity throughout the fabrication process.
