Semi-Skilled Composite Technician / Laminator
We’re recruiting Semi-Skilled Composite Technicians / Laminators to join a leading manufacturing business in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with around 18 months’ composite experience who are looking to move into a new industry and develop their skills on high-quality composite products.

Location: Bognor Regis, West SussexContract: 6-month contract with strong potential for extensionPay: 17.00 per hour (Ltd/Umbrella)ShiftMonday to Friday (Day or Night Shift)Friday – Monday weekend shiftOvertime available
The Role
Working alongside experienced technicians, you’ll manufacture a range of composite components using pre-preg carbon fibre while learning new techniques and processes. This is a great opportunity to build on your existing experience within a supportive and professional environment. The more basic tech tasks.
RequirementsAround 12 – 18 months’ experience in a composite laminating or composite technician roleExperience working with composite materials (pre-preg experience is beneficial but not essential)Ability to follow work instructions and engineering drawingsGood attention to detail and a willingness to learnExperience from any composite manufacturing industry will be considered
