Empowering Learning is working with a variety of welcoming private day nurseries across the Teesside area, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, caring, and reliable individuals to join our supply team as Unqualified Nursery Teaching Assistants.

Your Role
As a Nursery Teaching Assistant, you’ll support nursery staff in creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can learn through play. Duties may include:
- Supporting children aged 0-5 with daily activities and routines.
- Encouraging learning through creative play and exploration.
- Assisting with mealtimes, story time, and outdoor activities.
- Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.
- Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.

- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Right to work in the UK.
