We are hiring full-time Healthcare Assessors across Yorkshire and the North East to carry out clinical assessments. This role combines working within a local supportive office team (3 days per week) with the flexibility of working from home (2 days per week). Salary & Remuneration Structure We offer a highly competitive salary package with clear, performance-backed progression:
- Starting Base Salary: £39,500 per annum.
- Early Sign-Off Bonus: +£1,000 bonus upon successful training approval within your first 6 months.
- 12-Month Review Uplift: Base salary increases to £41,000 at 12 months (subject to quality, attendance, and performance).
- Performance Bonus: Up to 15% annual bonus paid quarterly based on quality and performance targets.
- Maximum Earnings (OTE): £47,150 per annum.

- 2-Day Induction (Leeds): Full corporate orientation (All travel and accommodation expenses covered).
- Local Base Orientation: On-site with your Line Manager.
- 6-Week Virtual Academy: In-depth, structured virtual learning and assessment training.
- 2-Week On-Site Mentorship: Shadowing and 1-on-1 support with a mentor prior to sign-off.
Note: Due to the structured nature of the training academy, no annual leave is permitted within the first 8 weeks of employment. Leave between weeks 8–12 is subject to manager discretion. What We Are Looking For
- Qualified Healthcare Professional (NMC, HCPC, or equivalent governing body).
- Strong written and verbal clinical communication skills.
- Ability to work comfortably in a hybrid setup (3 days on-site, 2 days remote — non-negotiable).
- Basic typing speed/computer literacy (35 WPM benchmark).
Selection Process
- Initial Prescreen: Brief review of qualifications and location preferences.
- Clinical Scenario Assessment: 30-minute Teams call evaluating a clinical scenario response.
- Typing Test: Quick 5-minute online copy-typing exercise.
- Final Interview: Face-to-Face interview at your designated local hub.
