We’re looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead a portfolio of residential development projects from procurement through to completion.

You’ll take ownership of project delivery, managing budgets, programmes, risks and stakeholder relationships to ensure schemes are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing development projects from handover through to completion.
  • Procuring contractors and associated services.
  • Managing project budgets, cashflows and viability.
  • Monitoring programme performance, risks and project milestones.
  • Leading internal and external project teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with planning, contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Producing project reports and forecasts.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships, including local authorities, Homes England and project partners.
  • Supporting grant claims and funding compliance.
  • Driving high standards of quality, health and safety, and project delivery.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering residential development projects.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, construction and planning processes.
  • Experience managing project budgets, programmes and risks.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Experience working within the housing sector, including knowledge of Homes England funding requirements.
  • A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
