Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator

Description

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting a Logistics Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Chesterfield.

The Role

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across road, sea and air freight
• Manage international import and export activity, ensuring compliance with customs regulations
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers and packing providers to ensure on time deliveries
• Prepare and manage shipping and customs documentation
• Monitor freight performance, resolve delays and identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Raise and manage purchase orders for spares and selected components

Requirements

• Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain or procurement role
• Experience coordinating international imports and exports
• Strong understanding of customs processes and shipping documentation
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem solving skills

Job Title:Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator

Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire

Salary: 37,000 per Annum
