Vehicle Parts / Service Advisor – Fast Paced Environment | No Weekends!

Experienced Parts Specialist needed in Southampton to keep our high-volume accident repair center running smoothly. Enjoy a great work-life balance with a Monday to Friday schedule and no weekend working.

We are an established, bodyshop delivering high-quality repairs and paintwork. We work directly with major insurers and main dealers, offering a modern workshop environment and a supportive, family-run culture.

Hours: Monday to Friday only, 47 hours per week (No weekend working!)

What you will be doing:

• Source, order, and allocate main dealer parts to keep repairs moving quickly.
• Track inventory using management systems (Autoflow experience is ideal, but not essential).
• Work with technicians and workshop managers to ensure fast job turnarounds.
• Cover the front desk occasionally to assist customers and handle inquiries.
• Requirement: Essential experience in automotive parts; ready to hit the ground running.

This role is based in Southampton, making it an easy commute from Fareham, Eastleigh, Portsmouth, and Winchester.
