Job Description:
Vaccination UK Ltd is seeking a Call Centre Agent to cover the flu season from September to December. The role involves inbound and outbound calls to obtain informed consent and book vaccinations, under supervision. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day, with a bank contract.
The ideal candidate has GCSE level education, experience in call centre or customer-centric roles, and good IT skills. English is mandatory and bilingual abilities are a plus.
