Chef de Partie — Lead a Fast-Paced Kitchen (Flexible Hours)

SSP at Stansted Airport is hiring a hands-on Chef de Partie to lead and supervise the kitchen, keep calm under pressure, and set a positive example for the team. You’ll be involved in recruitment, induction and maintaining food hygiene records.

Pay starts at £15.60 per hour, with a £1.50 per hour night incentive (midnight–6am) taking the rate to £17.10. Shifts run 3:30am to 11pm, with flexible hours across weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
