Village Hotels seeks a Kitchen Team Leader and CDP to bridge the Head Chef’s strategy with a busy service in Coventry. You’ll own your section, run it hands-on, and support the wider brigade to ensure every plate meets our exact standards.
You’ll drive food safety, HACCP and EHO compliance, manage stock to par levels, and coach junior kitchen staff. A positive attitude and energy matter as much as experience, with opportunities for growth within our busy hotels.
