Chef de Partie — Lead Your Section in Coastal Kitchen

Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts in Portrush is seeking a Chef de Partie to run your own section, deliver consistently high standards, and support the team to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

You’ll work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, lead by example, mentor Commis Chefs, help with stock control and ordering, and ensure food safety and hygiene at all times. A competitive salary and opportunities for training are on offer.
