Role Description
This is a part-time Boutique Stylist role based at our Edinburgh store on Church Hill Place. The Boutique Stylist will provide personalised styling advice, assist customers in selecting products that suit their taste, and ensure a warm and welcoming shopping experience. Additional responsibilities include visual merchandising, maintaining store cleanliness, inventory management, and staying updated on the latest fashion trends to offer informed suggestions to customers. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating an inviting atmosphere while meeting sales goals through excellent customer service.
Weekend availability is essential with flexibility for weekday hours too.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and passion for fashion trends, styling, and customer preferences
- Customer service experience with a proven ability to create a positive and engaging shopping experience
- Skills in visual merchandising and an eye for detail to maintain an appealing in-store appearance
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, retail environment while meeting sales targets
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards team work
- Previous experience in retail or fashion is highly desirable
